No! You may call your pharmacy for the refill, accordingly the pharmacy will call your doctor and your prescription will be refilled according to the patient’s health needs and doctor’s discretion.
What if I missed my appointment?
Corydon Village Medical Centre requires 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations, if you are unable to make your appointment, please call us ahead of time to reschedule. No shows will be charged a fee that vary based on the type of appointment.
If I had lab work done, can I get the results over the phone?
No, Our clinic policy is not to provide lab results or medical reports over the phone. Please make an appointment with your physician to discuss the lab results or any medical reports. You will only be contacted by our office to come for an appointment if your lab results were abnormal.
Will I need to spend time waiting to see the doctor?
No, every examination is carefully planned to eliminate any waiting on your part. In some occasions the previous patient may request special care, we generally take this in consideration and do our best that your doctor will see you within 15 minutes or less.

We accept cash and most major credit cards.
New Patients
Are you accepting new patients?
We are currently not accepting new patients, however please speak to the front desk for any updates concerning availability. All walk – in patients are welcomed to visit the clinic for all their healthcare needs on a first come first served basis.
How many physicians working at the clinic?
There are currently three family physicians working at the clinic.
How can I book an appointment?
Please note only patients registered with a Family Doctor in the clinic could book appointments. Appointments can be booked over the phone or at the reception desk, or through our online bookings. Walk-in patients do not need to book an appointment, they are seen on a first come first served basis.
What pieces of information will I be asked for when booking an appointment and when I come in for my appointment?
When booking an appointment we will need your first and last name, date of birth, phone number and reason for your visit. When you come in for your appointment, we will need to see your Manitoba Health Card . Please also bring a list of your current medication. All other information about your health history will be helpful.
Should I choose to transfer my medical file to your clinic, what is the process?
We would first arrange a first visit with one of our physicians and they will discuss with you this option. In many cases there will be a cost associated with this transfer to be paid to the other clinic. We want ensure that you have all information needed to make this discussion.
